the sportsman media group is strengthening its sales teams for sports betting streaming rights and services in Munich and London with two new employees experienced in the industry: In Munich, US-born Jessica Marrufo (36) has assumed the newly created role of Director of Content Distribution and is responsible for the international sales of the sportsman in the retail sports betting business. She will be reporting to Stefan Debus, member of the Executive Board (Vice President Strategy & Expansions) of the sportsman and head of the company’s entire international sports betting business. In the sportsman’s London office, Englishman Dominic Atkinson (40) has joined the commercial team as a long term Senior Consultant. He will be responsible for sales in the online and mobile sectors and helping the company in its strategy to diversify into other content areas. The team is headed by Daniel Fenner, Managing Director UK.

Jessica Marrufo has extensive experience, particularly in the retail betting business, most recently as Managing Director of Wettenleip GmbH, a Betbull Group company and licensed provider of sports betting services in Germany. Before that, she worked a total of three years at O.S.T. GmbH in sales and human resources, as well as in the shop management team. Jessica Marrufo’s career path further included Pen Internet Café Dienstleistungs GmbH and Penalty Sportentertainment GmbH.
Dominic Atkinson joins the sportsman UK from the British sports betting company Tailorbet. As Commercial Director his responsibilities included managing the company’s international expansion strategy. His previous responsibilities included the sale of streaming and data material in the sports betting market as Head of Business in Satellite Information Services (SIS). Prior to that he held various positions at the Press Association and Press Association Sports, most recently as Head of Commercial Sports Betting.
