LAOLA1 voted CAREER´S best Recruiter 2010/2011
Minister Dr. Beatrix Karl praised LAOLA1 for ist exceptional achievements in personnel marketing/staff recruitment. The best recruiters in Austria were awarded for their achievements on the 25th of November 2010. LAOLA1 was given the prestigious title of “CAREER’s best Recruiter” in the advertising and communication category.
By September 2010 over 642 top companies and institution in 18 different branches across Austria had been tested and evaluated. Minister Dr. Beatrix Karl announced the winners over the course of the event in the audience chamber of the Ministry of Science.
LAOLA1 was awarded the “CAREER’S BEST RECRUITER 2010/2011” for their achievements in the advertising and communication category. The exact evaluation took place in three stages. First of all the on and offline efforts of the employer were looked at. Secondly a blind applications check of the company way carried out before an online questionnaire was filled out by these test applicants regarding their experiences.
In other branches companies such as SAP (IT/software), Voestalpine (metal), A1 Telekom Austria AG (telecommunication) and Hekel CEE (foodstuffs) were awarded the top prize.
